Printed Woven Lanyards

How Personalisation Works

Customising your woven lanyards is a bit different from printing. Instead of adding ink on top, we stitch your design directly into the fabric. This makes the lanyard tough, long-lasting, and resistant to wear.

Stitching Method
Your logo or text is woven into the lanyard using coloured thread during the production process. It’s part of the material, not added afterward. This method is ideal for simple designs with solid shapes and clean lines.

Best for Simple Designs
Because the logo is created with thread, very detailed artwork, small text, or gradients may not come out clearly. Woven lanyards work best with:

• Bold logos
• Clear, readable text
• 1–2 colour designs

If your design is complex, we might suggest a printed lanyard instead.

Colour Matching
We offer a wide range of thread and lanyard colours. You can match your brand using Pantone (PMS) colour matching. Just give us your colour codes, and we’ll get as close as possible using available threads. However, exact colour matching is more difficult with this compared to traditional screen printing.

Lanyard Colours
Choose from standard stock colours or ask for a custom-dyed base to match your brand. We’ll help you pick the best thread and base colour combo for a clean, professional finish.

Design Proofs
Once we receive your artwork, we’ll send you a free digital proof showing how your custom woven lanyards will look. You can review and approve the design before we start production.
