Why Nylon Lanyards
The main advantage of nylon is its smooth printing surface. Your logo or text is screen printed onto the nylon material. Because the surface is smooth, it can produce clear edges and finer detail, making nylon a useful choice when your design needs more definition than a basic logo or large text. The material also has a glossy finish, giving branded lanyards a different appearance from standard flat polyester. Nylon vs Polyester Lanyards
Both nylon and polyester can be used for custom printed lanyards, but they have different finishes.
Polyester is a practical general-purpose option for clear logos and text. Nylon has a smoother, glossier surface and is better suited to printing where finer detail and a sharper finish are important.
Nylon is also slightly thicker than polyester.
The right choice therefore depends on your priorities.
Choose printed nylon lanyards when detailed branding and a smooth, glossy finish are important.
Choose printed polyester lanyards when you need a more general-purpose printed lanyard and the extra detail offered by nylon is not required.
