Dye Sublimation Lanyards
The Dye-sublimation process fuses ink directly into a blank lanyard by means of heat and pressure. Dye Sub allows you to create complex and colorful designs with excellent print quality. For more complex designs, dye sublimation is the way to go

Nylon Lanyards
When it comes to custom lanyard design, choosing between nylon and polyester can be a tough decision because both materials share many similarities. In a nutshell, Nylon is slightly thicker and has a slight reflective quality that really makes your artwork “pop”. Its smooth surface allows for crisp and clean imprinted designs that stand out with a bright and shiny finish. This gives nylon an edge in both texture and aesthetic.

Woven Lanyards
Instead of traditional printing, with woven lanyards the design is sewn directly into the fabric of the lanyard. These lanyards are tough and resilient but they are quiet limited in terms of design. Simple, one or two colour designs are best suited to woven lanyards

It depends on the complexity of your logo or design and the nature of use of the lanyard. You can find some in depth information on the various lanyard types here
For designs with more than three colours, we recommend using dye-sublimation printed lanyards. All other printing methods do best with three or less colours. Dye-sub can handle a lot of colours and complex designs.
Of course, we offer a free lanyard design service with each order which includes design, prep and final adjustments before print.
Perfect for working with machinery, or other hazardous enviornments, our safety breakaway lanyards split apart when put under pressure ensuring that the lanyard will easily fall off the neck should it becoming caught or tangled.
